That’s Erica and Adam, the founders and driving forces behind Woodford Lane Real Estate.

While house hunting themselves, they noticed a pattern… real estate felt predictable, transactional, and honestly? A little boring. So they built Woodford Lane to change that, combining sharp business strategy with standout marketing to deliver real estate done differently (and creatively).

Born and raised right here in Atlanta, Georgia, Erica leads the business side of Woodford Lane. With a strong entrepreneurial background and three successful, people-driven businesses under her belt, she brings structure, strategy, and serious execution to every transaction. Erica thrives on the logistics - pricing strategy, contract negotiations, timelines, problem-solving, and making sure every detail is handled with precision. She’s the steady hand ensuring clients feel confident, informed, and fully taken care of from start to finish.

Adam, Woodford Lane’s Chief Creative Officer, leads all things marketing. With over a decade in experiential marketing (yes, the “giving away cool stuff” world), he’s represented major brands like Toyota, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Cricket. He now channels that big-brand creativity into crafting memorable client experiences. If it looks different, feels elevated, or makes you stop scrolling, Adam probably had something to do with it.

Together, they blend business savvy with bold marketing - a partnership built to deliver results while making the process genuinely enjoyable. Thoughtful. Strategic. Creative. Never boring.

Erica and Adam currently live in Avondale Estates with their amazing dogs, Whiskey and Barley. When they're not busy with Real Estate, they LOVE to travel and play trivia at several local spots.
